Dr. Curt Lowry is an Of Counsel in the Litigation Department of the Tokyo office of Morrison & Foerster. Dr. Lowry focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including patent and trade secret cases, and client counseling, including strategic creation and use of patent portfolios.

Dr. Lowry has experience with a variety of technologies, including the IEEE 802.11 wireless standards, packet-switched telecommunications, micro-electronics, optics, software, physics, materials, biotechnology, and finance.
