Dana Lyons is an associate in the New York office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Dana advises private equity firms and public and private companies in connection with complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and capital markets transactions.

Dana earned his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center. He was also previously a law clerk for Ranking Member Senator Brown on the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs.

Dana received his B.A. cum laude from Carleton College, where he was captain of the Rugby team.
