Daniel Wilson is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in the San Francisco office.

Mr. Wilson earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as a legal writing instructor and board member of the Employment Advocacy Project, through which he represented low-income clients at their unemployment compensation hearings. He also participated in the criminal defense clinic, representing low-income clients at their preliminary hearings and misdemeanor trials. Mr. Wilson was the bench-memo chair of the moot court board, and staff editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law.

He also received his M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and B.A. summa cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa.
