Daniela Peinado Welsh is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Diego office.
Mrs. Welsh graduated from Notre Dame Law School, where she was an Articles Editor for the Law Review and an Oralist for the Moot Court Board, which enabled her to present oral argument at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit before Judges Easterbrook, Wood, and Flaum. She earned Dean’s Awards for her writing, and co-wrote an article regarding multidistrict litigation with Professor Jay Tidmarsh. She also served as Co-President of the Hispanic Law Students Association.
Mrs. Welsh clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Anthony P. Patti after graduation. Since 2012, she has been delighted to work with federal and state law as a MoFo summer associate for two summers, a litigation paralegal, a paralegal intern, and a judicial intern.
Mrs. Welsh is fluent in Spanish. She is admitted to practice in California.Show More
