Daniela’s practice focuses on commercial and class action litigation.
Daniela graduated from Notre Dame Law School, where she was an Articles Editor for the Law Review and an Oralist for the Moot Court Board. She was one of five students permitted to present oral argument at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Daniela earned Dean’s Awards for her writing and co-wrote an article regarding the future of multidistrict litigation with Professor Jay Tidmarsh. She also served as Co-President of the Hispanic Law Students Association.
Daniela clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Anthony P. Patti after graduation. She has had the opportunity to work with federal and state law since 2012 – as a MoFo summer associate for two summers, a litigation paralegal, a paralegal intern, and a judicial extern.
