David Goett is an associate in the firm’s Federal Tax Group. He works with several banks on the tax aspects of domestic and international capital markets offerings and also has experience with restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, real estate investment trusts, and joint ventures.

Mr. Goett is recommended for Financial Products Tax by the 2017 Legal 500 US guide. Mr. Goett earned both his LL.M. in Taxation and his J.D. from New York University, where he was a Robert McKay Scholar. He received his M.A. in mathematics from University of California, Los Angeles and his B.A. in mathematics from Boston College.
