David Suk is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Firm’s Securities Litigation, Enforcement and White-Collar Defense Group.
David received his law degrees from the McGill University faculty of Law in Montreal, Quebec. He graduated with the I.M.E. Prize in Commerical law which recognizes the Faculty’s highest academic standing in commercial law courses. During law school, David clerked at the Court of Appeal of Quebec.
David received his B.A. in economics from McGill University and his M.P.P. from the University of Toronto. Before law school, he held positions at the Ontario Ministry of Finance and the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure.
David’s pro bono interests include immigration law and criminal defense. Prior to law school, David worked for a year at a legal aid clinic for refugees in Cairo, Egypt.
David is fluent in French and conversant in Arabic and Spanish.
He is admitted to practice in New York.
