Diamante focuses her practice on civil antitrust and related litigation matters. Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Diamante was a summer associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to that, she was a legal intern at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and an SEO intern at another international law firm. Before law school, Diamante provided research regarding policy concerns for the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
Diamante graduated from Cornell Law School, where she was the Treasurer of the National Lawyers Guild and Public Policy Director for the International Refugee Assistance Program. She earned a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Los Angeles.Show More
