Dina Kushner is an associate in the Financial Transactions Group, and also is active within the firm's Business Restructuring & Insolvency Group. Ms. Kushner represents public and private borrowers, financial institutions, institutional lenders, nonprofit institutions and other credit providers in a variety of secured and unsecured finance transactions. She counsels clients in the structuring, documentation and administration of transactions ranging from venture lending to securitization transactions. Ms. Kushner has worked with clients in the technology, container leasing, retail and healthcare industries.

Ms. Kushner has an active pro bono practice, including the representation of California Fisheries Fund, Inc., a nonprofit revolving loan fund. Ms. Kushner previously was a volunteer attorney with the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Prior to attending law school, Dina spent several years in marketing within the technology field.

While earning her J.D. at The University of Texas School of Law, Ms. Kushner served as Attorney ad Litem at the Children's Rights Clinic, and was a member of the Legal Research Board.

She is fluent in Russian and highly proficient in Spanish.
