Dina Roumiantseva is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on trademark prosecution and litigation, as well as intellectual property and commercial litigation matters.

Ms. Roumiantseva received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was a contributing author and a managing editor at the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She has written about design patents, recent copyright decisions, and the abstract idea doctrine in patent law. She has also volunteered with and written for California Lawyers for the Arts and worked with Berkeley’s Juvenile Hall Outreach program.

Ms. Roumiantseva served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Marsha S. Berzon of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for the Honorable Susan Y. Illston of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

Ms. Roumiantseva received her B.A. in psychology and biology, cum laude, with a certificate in cognitive neuroscience from Harvard University.
