Dominik has a strong focus on antitrust and regulatory matters, advising clients in various industries, including technology, life sciences, and healthcare.

His industry experience includes merger control, market abuse proceedings, and new antitrust instruments for digital markets. In addition, he advises on regulatory issues in the fields of broadcasting, telecommunications, and new media.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, he gained experience, inter alia, at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Competition, as a lecturer in the LL.M. program “Master of Business, Competition and Regulatory Law” at the Freie Universität Berlin, and in various law firms in Berlin, Brussels, and Jakarta.

He studied law in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands and is pursuing his doctorate at the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin on the topic of “Reverse Payment Patent Settlements in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the US and EU.” In this context, he has spent research stays at King’s College, Cambridge, among others.

Dominik is an associate at Morrison & Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of our Litigation Group.
