Don Lee is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s New York office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate and transactional matters. He has represented U.S. and international clients in the health care, financial services, technology, energy, manufacturing, and insurance industries. He has also represented several individuals pro bono in their asylum proceeding, transgender name change, and nonprofit governance matters.

Mr. Lee received his B.A. in international relations and East Asian studies, with honors, from the Johns Hopkins University, where he was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he participated in the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Project (now known as the International Refugee Assistance Project).

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lee worked in the War Experimentation Bureau of the Korean Air Force in Gyeryongdae, Republic of Korea.

Mr. Lee is fluent in Korean.
