Dylan Penza represents clients in commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage financing, construction lending, development projects, and commercial leasing.
Dylan has experience representing clients, including lenders and developers, in transactions involving a wide variety of assets, including office, residential, retail, research and development, and industrial real estate, and leasehold and condominium interests.
He also represents lenders in making credit facilities to private equity funds and REITs, including subscription lines of credit and borrowing base facilities.
