Dylan Raife is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property and patent litigation. Mr. Raife’s experience includes intellectual property disputes before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and the federal courts

Mr. Raife has worked on a variety of matters involving a broad range of technologies including medical devices, Bluetooth, video compression, voice recognition, electrochromic glass, and electronic cigarettes. Mr. Raife’s experience includes drafting briefs, analyzing prior art, working with experts, and handling all aspects of discovery.

Mr. Raife received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where was elected to the Order of the Coif, and served as a writing advisor and research assistant.
