Mr. Raife has worked on a variety of matters involving a broad range of technologies including medical devices, Bluetooth, video compression, voice recognition, electrochromic glass, and electronic cigarettes. Mr. Raife’s experience includes drafting briefs, analyzing prior art, working with experts, and handling all aspects of discovery.

(District of Delaware). Representing C. R. Bard and Bard Peripheral Vascular in patent litigation suit concerning three patents relating to implantable power-injectable port products.
(International Trade Commission, 337-TA-898). Represented Raymarine in patent case involving underwater imaging technology.
(Central District of California). Represented six retailer Defendants in patent infringement suit involving parental control technology. Court granted summary judgment of non-infringement of both asserted patents.
