Eun Ju (EJ) Lee is an associate in the Corporate Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Tokyo office.

EJ earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she served as an Academic and Professional Chair of Harvard Asia Law Society and a Line Editor of Harvard International Law Journal. During her time at law school, she also worked as a student advocate at Legal Services Center representing low-income taxpayers in various tax controversies, including federal wrongful conviction tax relief, innocent spouse contests, and offer-in-compromise cases.

Before law school, EJ earned her M.P.P. from The University of Tokyo, where she was a recipient of the MEXT Scholarship and M.A. with honors from Seoul National University. She was also a recipient of the Chinese Government Scholarship and was invited as a visiting general scholar to Peking University.

She received her B.A. summa cum laude from Assumption University.

EJ is bilingual in English and Korean.
