Elyse S. Moyer is an associate in the Financial Services Group in Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office.

Ms. Moyer counsels clients on compliance with state and federal consumer finance law and has represented clients in connection with government investigations and enforcement actions related to the mortgage and consumer credit industry.

Ms. Moyer received her J.D. with honors from George Washington University Law School, where she was the notes editor of the George Washington Law Review. She received her A.B. cum laude from Harvard College. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Moyer was an associate at another global law firm and was a law clerk for the Office of the General Counsel, Council of the District of Columbia.
