Eric B. Pacifici is an associate in Morrison & Foerster’s Denver office.  He advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate transactional matters with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Eric was a corporate associate at a top international law firm headquartered in California.

Eric was named a “Rising Star” for mergers & acquisitions for 2020 by Texas Super Lawyers.

Eric earned his J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he served as Content Editor of the Duke University Law and Technology Review and was honored with the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Medal of Excellence.

Eric maintains an active pro bono practice, including having represented the Fort Worth chapter of a prominent national non-profit in its merger with another regional chapter creating one of the largest non-profit organizations in Texas.
