Evan Harris is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice primarily focuses on merger enforcement and advocacy, antitrust compliance, and complex litigation.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Evan worked as an associate at a large international law firm, where he gained experience in antitrust litigation and counseling, and merger & acquisition enforcement.

Evan received his B.A., cum laude, from Middlebury College and his J.D., magna cum laude, from American University’s Washington College of Law, where he served as editor of the American University Law Review. Before attending law school, Evan worked in broadcast journalism as a digital producer for a leading national television network.

Evan is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
