Fabian Hentschel is an associate at Morrison & Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of our Tax Department with a focus on domestic and international tax matters, tax structuring, contract drafting and the implementation of complex tax structures.

He studied law at the Philipps University of Marburg and the Masaryk University in Brno. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, he worked as a research associate of the corporate department of an international law firm in Berlin. As a legal trainee he served in the German Federal Ministry of Finance in Berlin and the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration in Paris.

Mr. Hentschel publishes in the field of tax and general civil law.
