Felicity Quigley is a Litigation associate in Morrison & Foerster’s New York office.
Her practice focuses on government investigations, securities litigation and general commercial litigation. Felicity’s experience includes representing companies facing high-profile investigations by the DOJ and other regulatory agencies, conducting internal investigations for companies investigating their own internal issues, and representing companies and individuals in complex commercial matters, including class actions, real estate disputes and antitrust suits.
Felicity also maintains an active pro bono practice. Felicity’s pro bono work includes advocating for persons seeking asylum in the United States, advising not-for-profits on reproductive health issues, and advising not-for-profits on various public international law issues.
Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Felicity was an associate at other major law firms in New York and Australia.Show More
