Fernando Guardazzi is an associate in the Miami office of Morrison & Foerster and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. 

Fernando earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While there, he acted as an Associate Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. Fernando was also a 1st Year Representative and Treasurer for the Latin American Law Students Association, a member of the Penn Business Law Association, and a Teaching Assistant for the Wharton School.

Fernando holds a B.S., magna cum laude, from Babson College. He is fluent in Spanish.

  • Represented Softbank Latin America and Riverwood Capital in their leading a 500M Brazilian Reis Series B funding round for Gupy, a Brazilian digital human resources startup.
  • Represented SoftBank Latin America Fund on leading a Series B funding round for Laika, a Colombia-based pet supplies e-commerce platform.
  • Represented SoftBank Latin America Fund in connection with a Series A investment round in Digibee, a low-code integration platform.
