Filip Vanevski is a patent agent in the firm’s Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution, covering molecular biology and biochemistry matters.

Dr. Vanevski received his Ph.D. in neuroscience from Georgetown University, where he was a National Research Service Award Fellow. His doctoral research on mechanisms of learning and memory concentrated on molecular biology, biochemistry, tissue culture, pharmacology, fluorescent microscopy, imaging, and animal behavior. He received a B.S. in biology from Harvey Mudd College.

Dr. Vanevski's experience includes research at the National Institutes of Health developing skills in bacterial genetics, protein expression and purification, protein interaction screening, and biochemical assays. He was also involved in undergraduate research at Baylor College of Medicine.
