Fumihiko Hori is an associate of Ito & Mitomi. Mr. Hori represents a variety of corporations, both in Japan and overseas, in general corporate and commercial transactions, particularly in the fields of international M&A, incorporation and reorganization of joint ventures, labor disputes and litigations. Mr. Hori also has significant experience in the IT sector advising clients on outsourcing transactions, in addition to offering advice on Japanese regulations and transactions involving renewable energy and other forms of energy.

Before starting his law career, Mr. Hori spent six years working for the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan (METI).

Mr. Hori is a Bengoshi admitted to practice in Japan (a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association) and a qualified lawyer in New York.
