Giacomo has experience advising organisations including leading investment banks, corporates, and funds on a broad range of derivatives and capital markets transactions.

Giacomo earned his law degree from the Catholic University of Milan and subsequently completed a Master of Laws at Columbia Law School and a Ph.D. at the University of Verona.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Giacomo was an associate at another international law firm in London.

Giacomo is qualified to practice law in England and Wales, New York, and Italy.
