Gina helps clients across industries craft global privacy compliance strategies and data security solutions.
Prior to law school, she worked at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, where she investigated consumer complaints, drafted declarations, and assisted in litigation preparation for trials before various federal courts. She worked with the Commission’s Division of Privacy and Identity Protection in highly publicized litigation before an Administrative Law Judge involving unauthorized access to patient information over an unsecured file-sharing network. Additionally, Gina investigated alleged fraudulent business practices involving mortgage relief.
Gina previously served as a Military Police Officer in the Indiana Army National Guard. She was deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Iraqi Endurance, and she was promoted to staff sergeant and squad leader in command of twelve soldiers.
Gina received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was a member of the Georgetown Law Technology Review. She earned her B.S. in criminal justice and criminology with a minor in sociology, magna cum laude from Ball State University.Show More
