Greg LeSaint is an associate in the San Francisco office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Group. His practice focuses on advising strategic and private equity buyers and sellers in M&A transactions. He has deep experience with private and public acquisitions of varied structures and sizes, from mergers to asset carve-outs, ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion.

Mr. LeSaint earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2011, his B.A., summa cum laude, from Xavier University in 2004 and his M.S. from Pace University in 2006.  Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. LeSaint was an associate in the Corporate Department at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, where he worked with private equity firms and companies in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.
