Guy McPherson is of counsel in Morrison & Foerster’s Real Estate Group, representing clients in real estate and finance matters.
Mr. McPherson’s practice is focused on real estate finance transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders in connection with financing transactions of all types, including syndicated construction financing, acquisition financing, senior and subordinate debt arrangements, and revolving credit facilities. In addition, Mr. McPherson has extensive experience in connection with the disposition and acquisition of real estate assets, real estate joint ventures, and workouts and restructurings. Mr. McPherson’s practice also involves representing funds and lenders in connection with subscription line credit facilities.
Mr. McPherson received his bachelor of music degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995. In 2004, Mr. McPherson received his J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he served as an associate editor of the Fordham Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Fordham, Mr. McPherson published a student note in the Fordham Law Review on the subject of rent regulations in New York City.
