Hank Weintraub is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Group.

Mr. Weintraub focuses his practice on corporate transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. He represents companies across a variety of industries, with particularly strong experience in the energy sector. His clients include startups and emerging companies throughout various stages of their life cycles, as well as established companies, venture capital firms, and strategic corporate investors.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Weintraub was an associate in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm, where he specialized in M&A, energy, project finance, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Weintraub earned his J.D. from Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California, where he was a production editor for the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. He earned his M.Ed. summa cum laude from Arizona State University and his B.A. from Brown University.
