Hanna Abrams is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster. Ms. Abrams has a broad-based litigation practice, with a focus on private securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, and white-collar defense, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. She has experience at both the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts, and also has experience in copyright and first amendment litigation.

Ms. Abrams earned her J.D. in 2008 from New York University School of Law where she was executive articles editor of the Journal of Law and Liberty. She received her B.A. from Stanford University with departmental honors in interdisciplinary studies in humanities, with a focus on modern thought and literature. Before law school she worked at nonprofits in Mumbai, India and New York City.
