Harini Kidambi is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group in the Northern Virginia office. Ms. Kidambi focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies and venture capital, private equity, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. She has represented public and private clients in M&A transactions, securities matters, and private equity transactions.
Ms. Kidambi is a member of the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, D.C., the New York State Bar Association, and the New Jersey State Bar Association. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, where she was a senior staff editor on the American University Business Law Review. During law school, she served as a student lawyer in the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic and as an intern at The White House. She earned her joint B.S. and B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science and Public Health with a minor in South Asian Studies from Rutgers University.
Ms. Kidambi is admitted to practice in Virginia, New York, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, the United States District Court District of New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court.
