Harriet Sassoon is a litigation associate in Morrison & Foerster’s London office and a member of the firm’s Global Anti-Corruption practice.

Ms. Sassoon’s practice encompasses a broad range of complex commercial litigation, including internal corporate investigations, financial services, white collar crime, antitrust and defending clients against government enforcement agencies. Ms. Sassoon has experience assisting with a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) internal investigation for a major multinational company with operations in more than 100 countries worldwide. Ms. Sassoon also has experience defending a large multinational company against allegations of price-fixing. Ms. Sassoon is an active member of the firm’s pro-bono practice.

Ms. Sassoon is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association and a founding member of Fractio Vitri, a cross-sector network for women under 35. Ms. Sassoon is also a Champion of First 100 Years, a history project, supported by the Law Society and the Bar Council, celebrating and charting the journey of British women in Law since 1919.

Ms. Sassoon is admitted to practice in England and Wales and is a solicitor advocate.
