Mr. Linsky has been recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers USA, Legal 500 US and Atlanta magazine. He has significant experience advising public companies, including non-listed and listed REITs, on securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. He has handled over $20 billion in public securities offerings.

He advises clients on corporate governance, audit and special committee matters; general securities law compliance, such as Exchange Act reporting and listing requirements; and fund formation and organization, including real estate, private equity and hedge funds.

Mr. Linsky is currently chair-elect of the Compliance and Due Diligence Committee of the IMN and is active in the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives and the Alternative and Direct Investment Securities Association. He also regularly presents on REIT and corporate law topics at their conferences.
