Huilin W. Cornell is an associate in the firm’s Finance & Projects Group.
Huilin primarily represents clients in connection with the development, construction, acquisition, sale, and ownership of renewable energy projects, including related construction and mezzanine financing agreements, equipment and services supply agreements, construction and balance of plant contracts, power purchase agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, commercial loans, bond financing, joint venture arrangements, debt and equity securities offerings, and private equity investments, as well as general corporate matters.
Before joining the firm, Huilin worked as an investment banking analyst and was a judicial extern for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She received her A.B. cum laude in economics from Harvard University and her J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.
