Igor Zyskind is an associate in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Corporate Group.

Igor Zyskind is actively involved in regulatory and transactional work focusing on OTC equity derivatives, stock lending and repurchase transactions, general finance transactions, repackagings, vanilla debt issuance and clearing and margining rules for OTC derivatives. He has extensive experience in advising investment banks, credit institutions, corporates, funds and asset managers on structuring and unwinding complex derivative transactions and providing regulatory advice, including on EMIR and AIFMD. Igor has broad experience in advising clients on negotiating tri-partite security and custody arrangements as well as advising on ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA documentation.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster in 2016, Igor trained, qualified, and practiced at a Magic Circle firm in London since 2008. During that appointment, he was seconded to JPMorgan and Lehman Brothers (in administration) in London. Igor also spent time in his prior firm’s Dubai office, working on a number of capital markets transactions advising banks based in the UAE.

Igor is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
