Ioanna Lamprinaki is an associate based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Litigation Group.

Ms. Lamprinaki advises clients on internal corporate investigations, white collar crime and antitrust proceedings.

Ms. Lamprinaki has experience representing a major multinational company in connection with a joint DOJ and SEC investigation of alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Ms. Lamprinaki is an active member of the firm's pro bono practice and a member of professional organizations including the Association of European Lawyers and the American Bar Association.

Ms. Lamprinaki studied Law at the University of Athens and received her Master's Degree in European Law from College of Europe. Before joining the firm, Ms. Lamprinaki has also spent some time on secondment at a leading pharmaceutical company.

Ms. Lamprinaki is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and she is admitted to practice law in Greece. She is fluent in English, French and Greek.
