Jack Piontkowski is an associate in the Real Estate Group in Morrison Foerster’s New York office, where he represents clients in complex commercial real estate transactions.

Jack has experience representing national and international clients including real estate investment firms, real estate investment trusts, family-owned investment companies, and developers in a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and leasing matters.

Jack was previously an associate with another global law firm and is a former judicial intern for the Honorable James E. d’Auguste of the New York Supreme Court. He received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was executive managing editor of the New York Real Property Law Journal, and his B.A. from Villanova University.
