As a member of the technology transactions group, Jacqueline advises domestic and foreign companies and startups in all areas of technology and IP law, including patent and software licensing, employee inventions law, and know-how protection. Her experience encompasses domestic and cross-border patent litigation and other technology-related disputes. Jacqueline is also well versed in German and European trademark and advertising law.

Jacqueline focused on intellectual property law during her studies and gained extensive experience in the legal department of a leading media company as well as at a renowned German IP law firm. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, she worked as a trainee in the IP/IT team of a major German law firm in both Berlin and Shanghai. Jacqueline is an associate at Morrison & Foerster’s German office in Berlin.

  • Leading internet retailer on patent litigation concerning touch screen technology.
  • Representation in trademark, copyright, and competition law matters before the ordinary courts, the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA), the Federal Patent Court (BPatG), and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
