Jai Mudhar advises sponsors, debtors, creditors and strategic investors on UK-based and cross-border restructurings of stressed and distressed businesses and insolvencies. Jai has experience in identifying and analyzing distressed investment opportunities and advises investment banks, hedge funds and private equity houses in their review and diligence of European investment opportunities in par, stressed and distressed transactions.

By adopting a practical, considered and technically robust approach, Jai seeks to provide individualized and commercially minded results for her clients.

Jai received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kent, where she graduated with first class honours at the top of her class, and a Master of Science from University College London. Jai subsequently completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course with distinction, at the University of Law, Moorgate.

Jai trained in the Morrison & Foerster London office where she gained experience in the following practice areas: Business Restructuring and Insolvency, Finance Transactions, Investment Funds, Corporate, Technology Transactions and Data Privacy. She is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
