James Dabell is an associate based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and is a member of the Corporate Group. James advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions, and corporate reorganisations.

Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster, James trained and practiced (specializing in tax) at the London office of an international law firm. During this time, he also spent six months seconded to the firm’s Hong Kong office. James earned a B.A. in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Legal Practice from the University of Law.

James is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
