James Lloyd is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Lloyd represents individuals and companies in a wide range of matters, including complex contractual and financial disputes and cross-border insolvency disputes. As part of his international practice, he also regularly advises clients based in the U.S. and Asia on various aspects of English law, practice and procedure.

Mr. Lloyd has experience representing companies and individuals in regulatory compliance matters and corporate investigations in connection with fraud and corruption issues. He also advises clients in connection with inquiries by UK Parliamentary Select Committees.

Before joining Morrison & Foerster, Mr. Lloyd spent several years at a prominent national law firm where he focused on commercial litigation and competition law.

Mr. Lloyd is admitted to practice in England and Wales.
