Mr. Lloyd is a litigation associate based in the London office of Morrison & Foerster, specialising in complex commercial disputes, investigations, compliance and white collar crime.

Mr. Lloyd advises a wide range of clients, including corporates and individuals subject to investigation or prosecution both in the UK and around the globe. His cases are often complex, high profile and international in nature. He also advises clients on cross-border disputes spanning a broad range of issues including securities litigation, claims involving financial products and general commercial litigation.

Mr. Lloyd has advised clients subject to investigation or prosecution by the UK Serious Fraud Office, the UK Financial Conduct Authority, the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Mr. Lloyd also advises clients on government and internal corporate investigations. He has acted for clients in relation to Parliamentary Select Committee appearances and has worked closely with other professionals to deal with the reputational and PR issues that accompany such investigations.

Mr. Lloyd regularly advises businesses across various sectors, including technology, construction, financial services, licensing and transportation in relation to the strategic resolution of their most complex legal challenges and to help them mitigate business risk. He has represented companies, individual directors and officers, venture capital firms and winding up boards.

Mr. Lloyd is admitted to practice in England & Wales. He is a member of the Fraud Lawyers Association and the European Fraud & Compliance Lawyers Association and maintains an active pro bono practice.
