Jamie Kendall is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. As a former law clerk at the Federal Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, he utilizes his experience to strengthen litigation strategies for clients.
Jamie’s practice focuses on representing clients in patent litigation matters. He works with clients across industries, such as biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, communications, and information technology.
Jamie has clerked for the Honorable Sharon Prost, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark of the District of Delaware.
As a summer associate, Jamie worked as a legal trainee in the Brussels office of an international law firm, focusing on antitrust and trademark matters and comparing U.S. and European laws.
Jamie received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a member of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance and a patent research assistant. He received his B.A. magna cum laude from Brown University.Show More
