Jamis is an associate in the Litigation Department of Morrison & Foerster’s San Francisco office. Jamis’ practice focuses on the defense of consumer class actions and other complex commercial litigation, including unfair competition, false advertising, and product liability matters, as well as helping guide clients through internal white collar investigations.
Jamis received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles Law School, where he was the co-chair of the Native American Law School Student Association and worked as the community outreach chair for UCLA OUTlaw. While in law school, Jamis also worked as a UCLA supporting undergraduate natives mentor.
Jamis received his B.A. magna cum laude in English literature from Occidental College, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. Jamis also participated as the team founder and president of the Occidental College Debate Team and played for the school’s rugby team. As an undergraduate, Jamis worked as an assistant in the Occidental College Financial Aid Office.
Jamis is conversational in Chinese and enjoys rugby, football, and fishing.Show More
