Jana Fuchs is an associate at Morrison & Foerster’s German office in Berlin. As a member of our global Technology Transactions Group, she focuses her practice on advising domestic and foreign companies on patent, know-how, and software development and licensing, as well as on the laws of employee inventions and trade secrets. Ms. Fuchs also assists clients in domestic and cross-border technology disputes. In addition to her technology-driven work, Ms. Fuchs advises on matters of trademark and unfair competition law.

Ms. Fuchs studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität of Münster. She specialized in intellectual property law during her studies and gained extensive experience as a research assistant at a number of renowned German IP law firms as well as during her legal training in Tel Aviv.
