Janet Kim is a member of the firm’s litigation group. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Civil Division.

Ms. Kim earned her J.D. summa cum laude at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, she was the articles research editor for the San Diego Law Review and a research assistant to Professors Adam Hirsch and Frank Partnoy. Ms. Kim received her B.A. cum laude in political science from Pepperdine University, with a minor in applied mathematics.
