Jeffrey Xu is an associate in the Financial Transactions Group of the New York office of Morrison & Foerster.

Mr. Xu graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was recognized as a Mary Daly Scholar. As a law student, Mr. Xu served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joseph A. Dickson, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Xu received his B.A. in international relations from Johns Hopkins University in December 2012, graduating a semester early with general honors.

Mr. Xu was a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster in 2015, during which he assisted on various M&A deals.
