Jennifer Jiang is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department and a member of the Real Estate Group. She works on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, development, financing and leasing. Her clients include institutional investors, private equity firms, developers, financial institutions and REITs. She also provides real estate counsel for M&A deals and corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Jiang served as in-house counsel to a real estate firm and as a legal intern for NBCUniversal.

Ms. Jiang earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a B.A. in rhetoric and a B.A. in international political economy.
