Jennifer Luh is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.
Ms. Luh received her J.D. from Harvard Law School. At Harvard, she served on the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, the Cyberlaw Clinic, and the Journal of Law and Technology. Ms. Luh also completed an exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she worked in the Asian American Law Journal and the Intellectual Property Practicum.
While earning her J.D., Ms. Luh externed for the Honorable Richard G. Seeborg of the Northern District of California. Prior to law school, she practiced as a registered patent agent, advising clients on applications related to semiconductors, imaging systems, adhesives, software, and portable electronic devices.
Her undergraduate degree is in neuroscience, with a minor in biomedical research, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Ms. Luh is admitted to practice in California and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
