(ITC Inv. No. 337-TA-1172.) Represented Amazon in an ITC investigation initiated by the Regents of the University of California alleging infringement of patents related to filament LED lightbulbs. The investigation terminated when the Regents withdrew the complaint shortly before trial.

(Central District of California). Defended Amazon in a patent litigation matter involving filament LED lightbulbs and in parallel investigation at the ITC. District court case is ongoing.

(District of Delaware). Lead counsel defending Kaltura in a patent litigation involving video hot spots. The case is currently stayed following a favorable claim construction report and recommendation.

(Northern District of California). Defended NortonLifeLock (fka Symantec) in litigation asserting eight network security patents. The case is currently stayed pending inter partes review (IPR).

(District of Delaware). Successfully defended Spotify in a patent litigation involving encrypted digital media transmission and access. Secured favorable ruling on motion to dismiss for lack of patentable subject matter.

(District of Delaware). Represented Spotify in a patent litigation involving electronic thumbprints and recommendation engines for digital media. Secured early favorable settlement.
