Jenny Broekmann is an associate at Morrison & Foerster’s German office in Berlin and a member of our Tax Department with a focus on domestic and international tax matters, tax structuring, contract drafting, implementation of complex tax structures, wage tax law, charity law and law regarding tax offences.

She studied law at the University of Münster. Before joining Morrison & Foerster as an associate, she worked as a research assistant in the tax department of an international law firm in Berlin as well as in Morrison & Foerster’s Berlin office.

Ms. Broekmann publishes regularly in the field of tax law.
